Filling Station
- (10) sets of rotary GEAR pump.
- (10) sets of stainless-steel SUS 304 filling nozzle.
- Each filling pump is driven by a variable speed SERVO motor individually.
- Dipping type filling nozzle, no spilling of liquid onto clean bottles & conveyor.
- Filling nozzle holding device and uplift assembly with SERVO motor.
- Rotary GEAR pumps are designed for water-thin to very thick fluids.
- Stainless steel drip tray to keep liquid from spilling onto the clean bottles.
- Empty bottles feeding index gate and filled bottles relaxing index gate.
- Pneumatic cylinder control system for index gates.

- Two filling molds (fast or slow) setting for choice.
- Filling nozzles can be set at the same level or switch to dipping type filling.
